For people who work for themselves

Every introduction, followed up.

Share a code. They fill in their own details. Beacon keeps the contact, reminds you to follow up, and tells you whether the event was worth the ticket.

How it works

Three steps, and none of them are yours.

01

Share your code

Your name, what you do, how to reach you. The code lives on your phone, so there is nothing to print and nothing to run out of.

02

They fill it in

They scan, see who you are, and type their own details. No squinting at handwriting on a card three days later, wondering who this was.

03

It is already in your contacts

The record exists the moment they press send, with the event, the date and your note attached. Follow up while they still remember meeting you.

After the event

Meeting them was the easy part.

Everything else treats the scan as the finish line. It is the start line.

It makes sure you actually followed up

A queue, not a list. Each person with a message already drafted from your own address. Ten minutes and it is clear.

And whether it was worth going

It reads the deal back from your CRM, so it can answer the question you actually have when the next ticket goes on sale.

Features

A CRM small enough to actually use.

Most CRMs are built for teams of forty and priced accordingly. This one is built for one person, and it shows, in a good way.

Stages that match how you work

Rename them to whatever you actually call things. Your process, not a sales team's.

Deal context, wherever it lives

The open deal from your CRM, shown on the contact, with a link straight through.

The whole story in one place

Notes, calls, where you met. So you remember the person, not just the address.

Integrations

Your contacts stay yours.

Connect the CRM you already pay for and Beacon keeps it in step, pulling the deal context back so you can see it while you are still talking to the person. Export everything as a CSV any time, including after you cancel.

Pricing

Priced for one person, or a few.

No sales call, no minimum term, and no charge for capturing somebody. Blinq bills £9.99 every time you capture and enrich a lead, which is a charge for doing the thing you bought it to do.

Questions

Things people ask.

Do the people I meet need the app?+

No. They scan your code with their phone camera and fill in a web page. They never download anything and never create an account.

Is this a replacement for HubSpot?+

For one person, usually yes, and that is the point. If you grow into a team and need a bigger system, connect it and your contacts sync across.

Can I see my deals from my existing CRM?+

Yes, with HubSpot today. Beacon shows the open deal, its size, its stage and who owns it on the contact record, with a link straight through. Pipedrive and Salesforce use the same adapter and are not built yet.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?+

You drop to the free plan and keep read access to everything. You can export the lot as a CSV at any time, including after you cancel.

Does it work without signal?+

The app is installable and works offline for browsing. A capture needs a connection, because it happens on the other person's phone.
